This is something I started for my Myspace profile, actually. haha. I haven't done anything cartoony in a while. I like the cop out I did on her right leg, haha. Anyway, I'd like some advice on the skirt before I continue. It's bugging me, I think it looks off. It's supposed to be pleated, if you couldn't figure it out.

Um...maybe let the skirt dip in a bit between the legs and let the folds on her right leg (the one you've chopped off hehe) fall on top of it a bit more evenly.
Unless these pleats are heavily starched they'll have a bit of give to them.
