This is something I started for my Myspace profile, actually. haha. I haven't done anything cartoony in a while. I like the cop out I did on her right leg, haha. Anyway, I'd like some advice on the skirt before I continue. It's bugging me, I think it looks off. It's supposed to be pleated, if you couldn't figure it out.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Um...maybe let the skirt dip in a bit between the legs and let the folds on her right leg (the one you've chopped off hehe) fall on top of it a bit more evenly.
Unless these pleats are heavily starched they'll have a bit of give to them.
